We offer an extensive range of classes for all age groups from two and half years and up, in a caring and safe environment. As pupils progress through the school they have the opportunity to learn more advanced styles of dance. As an ISTD approved dance center we also offer teacher training for DDI and DDE qualifications.
Festivals assist in developing confidence and stage performance. We realise that this is not appropriate for every pupil, therefore dancers are “invited” by their teacher to participate in competition work. Festivals are an important part of our School’s event calendar and many of our pupils take part in the All England Dance competitions. As a school, we enter an average of three festivals a year.
Pupils achieving a qualifying mark in the various genre of dance – Ballet, Modern, Tap, National, Character and Song & Dance – can then enter the All England Regional Final, and if successful can then go onto the Grand Final held at a major theatre in Central London.
